Submission Checklist
- Is my article using the correct journal section template?
- Select only the template for the section to which you plan to submit your work:
- Are the authors’ names written in the article as they will be presented within it? The authors’ names on the Epistemus site and in the “How to cite this article” section will be shown in their full version.
- Is the signed Originality Letter attached, with handwritten signatures from all authors, in the final order they appear in the article, and with their full names, stating that the submission has not been previously published or submitted to any other journal?[Originality Letter]
- Are tables, photographs, and graphics included in separate files grouped into a single ZIP file? Ensure photographs and graphics are in .jpg or .tif format with good resolution, the tables should be in Excel and the images must be original or have a Creative Commons license (royalty-free).
- Does the text adhere to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements described in the Author Guidelines?
- Before submitting your article, have you read the Metadata and Profile page to correctly fill in the requested information in both Spanish and English?
- By uploading your work to Epistemus, you accept the style corrections made by our collaborators, which will be notified for your review and validation.
- You accept that if the similarity level obtained in Ithenticate exceeds 10%, the work will be immediately rejected, regardless of references to your own previous work (self-plagiarism).
- You accept that if any item in the above list is not met, your work may be immediately rejected during the preliminary review round.
- You accept to stay attentive to all communications from the journal and respond within the established deadlines.
- You accept If no communication occurs within 4 weeks, your work will be rejected.
